Sweet potato boiled and mashed 2medium pieces
Grated ginger 1tsp
Chopped green chillies 2
Cashew nuts 10
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Chat masala 1tsp
Limejuice 1tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Nutmeg powder half tsp
Cumin powder half tsp
Gram roasted and powdered or gram flour 2tbsp
Butter 4tbsp
Salt to taste

1 in a pan add 1tsp butter and add grated ginger and green chillies saute 2 min keep aside
2 in a bowl mix all these mashed seenikilangu spices salt and fried ginger green chillies except cashew

3 mix very well then shape as u desired finally on the top of kabab press cashew
4 in a pan remaining butter toast this kabab in a medium flame for 3min then turn
Ur kabab ready with mint chutney
